Design notes
- Garage is 5.20 m deep: a 4.7 m sedan fits, with about 50 cm between the front bumper and the wall.
- Living room is 4.80 m wide: TV unit on one wall, sofa on the other, about 3.5 m apart.
- The stairs sit on one side between living and dining. They start from the dining area, so going up and down never crosses between the sofa and the TV.
Room sizes
- Garage: 4.80 × 5.20 m, 25.0 m² (7.6 ping)
- Living room: about 4.80 × 4.10 m, 19.7 m² (6.0 ping)
- Stairs: 2.14 × 3.48 m, 7.4 m² (2.2 ping)
- Bathroom: 2.14 × 1.64 m, 3.5 m² (1.1 ping)
- Dining and kitchen: about 2.54 × 5.30 m, 13.5 m² (4.1 ping)
How the area is counted
- Ground-floor outline area about 75.0 m² (22.7 ping): measured on wall center lines, ground floor only.
- A townhouse has no shared facilities. Its deed area covers every floor; only the ground floor is drawn here.
- Room sizes are wall to wall. Living and dining areas have no dividing wall, so they are marked “about”.
What to know in 3D
This is a sample layout drawn by KeepOnFirst, not the plan of any real building. Ping figures are estimates. Check the builder’s plan and measure on site for real sizes.
- The front door has an opening in 3D. The roll-up garage door on the street side is only drawn on the sample plan.
- The stairs show only as floor tiles and a label in 3D, with no steps.
